Predictably, the palate is a world of layers, flavours and textures. Pliable and full of stone fruits, citrus, pear drop essence, nutmeal, and lemon curd. A soft chalk like texture and gentle acidity allows the flavours to build and linger. Never a wine a extremes, the Alligham
