The cactus reminds us that our grapes are grown on the driest state, on the driest continent on earth and this Provence styled ros is 'dry as a bone'. A blend of 64% Mataro & 36% Grenache. The Grenache component was grown here on our own vineyards using organic and biodynamic practices while the Mataro comes from older vine material
