Ravensworth Estate Gamay 2023 riesling-italico The wine can be servedThe ring in as its the only non 2022 wine in this release. Only our second release of theis highly wort French variety that can make wine from almost ros like right up to big tannic reds. This one sits in the middle. More weight and colour than our beloved Tumbarumba version as we are a little warmer and drier down here. Certainly carries the beautiful fragrance the variety is know for as well as acidity and light texture.
