Hentley Farm Blanc De Noir Sparkling White 2025 condrieu In the cellar the PXExcellent frothy white mousse with a pale salmon pink base colour threaded by a steady stream of delicate bubbles. Strawberry top notes are followed by pear and apple with subtle baked characters also present. Lively strawberry and pear flavours are featured on the palate with a refreshing citrusy undercard and some light baked apple characters also evident. Dry crisp acid finish with a medium length aftertaste. Drink over the next 3 4 years.
