Rob Dolan True Colours Field Blend champagne-dosnon crafted from a cooler vintageOur winemakers set out to make the perfect lounging in thesun by the pool wine, and boy did they deliver. 40% Sauvignon Blanc, 27% Chardonnay, 16% Gewurtztraminer and 16% Savagnin makes this beauty smell like a florist in the most delightful way. Delicious on its own, but also a great accompaniment to spice driven foods. Try with Thai or Asian, spice heavy Middle Eastern and Moroccan dishes, sweeter style vegetables like pumpkin and squash.
