After all the years I don’t really understand it but hope to get fruit flavour and savoury characters

The Muscat portion is made in the same way the domaine makes its reds: whole clusters are layered in a fermentation tank where the weight of the bunches creates enough juice for fermentation to begin spontaneously

Flavour Full bodied, fleshy and fresh at the same time, with well structured tannins, pleasant tastiness, and long persistence.
