He discovers it after a trip to Prowein (Germany) by visiting the Zuidam distillery (Whisky Millstone) in the Netherlands. When Gilles acquires this whisky, its colour is still very light even after years of ageing. The Ratafia Champenois is providing this whisky a lot more than its colour
