The 2018 Chablis ‘Vieilles Vignes’ is a wine produced from 55 year old vines planted by Sebastien Christophe’s grandfather in the commune of Fontenay-près-Chablis

The wine is then transferred to French oak barrels for 12 months and will continue to age for another 6 months in stainless steel tanks
