Grapefruit, guava, passionfruit, green pea and fresh cut herbs are all here. This is a wine with a very fragrant, complex and aromatic profile. Accompanying the cooler green spectrum of flavours is a mouth filling more textural style of Sauvignon Blanc. The palate is balanced, flavoursome and a dry, with a persistent finish and beautiful crisp natural acidity.
