Distillerie Mette Pineapple (Ananas) 45% 500ml canaiolo underlain with bass notes ofVictoria pineapple is harvested at the beginning of winter. After maceration in our wine brandy, they are distilled once in our copper pot stills. Our pineapple spirit is aged for at least one year in stainless steel tanks before bottling. Consume it as a digestive at 13c in a tulip glass. Colour: transparent, clear. Nose: frank and enchanting, with notes of roasted pineapple.
