Sidewood Pinot Gris 2025 viura on the calcareous and sandy-soilsThis complex Pinot Gris is handmade in a traditional style. Fruit was 100% hand picked over a two week period from selected rows at our Oakbank vineyard. Perfectly ripened grapes were chilled prior to being 90% whole bunch pressed, the free run juice was then barrel fermented and matured for 5 months using wild yeast in 100% larger format French oak.
