Fresh aromas and superb minerality with a touch of crisp salinity (iodine notes), moving to white flower and spicy notes. Wonderful vivacity and excellent length on the palate. The low dosage enhances purity, freshness and elegance. Key aromas: minerality, salinity, white flower. Service temperature: 6 to 8 C.
