The taste is fresh, strong and balanced with a hint of umami from tomato. Suitable for many dishes with meat, eggs, vegetables, fish, shellfish and oysters, but also for drinks such as Bloody Mary. For each batch of hot sauce, we carefully select the chilies and ferment them for a minimum of 28 days before blending them with the other
