The Martinotti method, with low temperature secondary fermentation, preserves the wine's freshness, perlage, and aromatic integrity. It has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections , accompanied by a very fine and lively perlage . The aroma is intense, balanced and enveloping , with characteristic
