Franciacorta Satèn DOCG Corteaura chiocciola Trénel Crémant de Bourgogne is100% Chardonnay. The grapes come from vineyards located in the various municipalities of Franciacorta to collect in a single cuve all the scents and aromas of a territory suited to sparkling wine production. The harvest is strictly manual through the selection of the bunches in the vineyard and transport directly to the cellar in small boxes that preserve the raw material. The chosen vinification follows a soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation
